Standardized names of peoples, places and things

I am looking to have the names of places in Karador (or just the ones that come up a lot and/or have different spellings throughout) standardized.



The names of many places will be listed below, in alphabetical order, and their spelling will be the official one I will use when I (eventually) proof read Karador for grammar errors.

If any of you reading this feel that a name listed below should be spelled differently, let me know in this thread and we'll discuss it.

If any of you reading this knows the name of any place (not listed here) that turns up in at least 2 or more entries, yet spelled differently in said entries, list them here also.

(This is a work in progress at this time and I will be making changes on the fly as I adventure in Karador for a limited time .......)
