I am hosting now a NWN1 gameserver with gameranger, with my own Computer at home. I hope someone will join. Host and play is for free with gameranger, you dont need to rent a server, you dont need a static IP, just open the UDP port 16000 and you can host 700 old games, just game or host. One port for 700 games.

Thanks for posting Sting, I'll look into it, but I'm not sure its necessary, as I am doing the same thing except with Windows server.

Who knows maybe its much easier to manage, but really the only challenge with my setup is that if the power goes out and I don't notice the server will be down until I finally log in here and see you guys complaining :-P I acquired a used UPC from work awhile back but it needs to be fixed... and that is not something I have the time for these days.
