The Pantheon of Lomar The Pantheon of Lomar has recently changed in a wholly new and unprecedented way. The world once contained many gods and goddess that have been utterly destroyed or transformed. Many books of the old gods can still be found in many small libraries and abandoned temples. During the period known as the “time of stone” it is believed that the gods finally fought what could only be called the “War of the gods.” It is hard for mortals to say what truly happened at this time but scholars agree upon the following theory. An unnamed chaotic god managed to have his minions steal a holy relic from The Lord of the underworld –Drao. It was around this point that it is believed that the god Avar sought to protect those in the human kingdoms and used his great power to petrify his subjects until the time of crisis was ended. Several people claim to have awoke from the petrification for short periods of time, only to return to stone after a few days. Clerics claim at this point the war of the gods was joined by several pantheons and it was a winner take all situation. A god who defeated another god took his very essence as a prize. Some gods defeated others through pure power, others through treachery, but the destruction upon the world was rampant. Scholars also agree that Shalshara the Nature goddess of the druids aided other gods as an ally, because of her mercurial nature she would ally with any god no matter their nature. When the gods numbered just three including herself, she slayed the winner as he finished the third.
Thus all the gods who had come before had fallen and only the one remained. Shalshara looked upon the land and saw the destruction and saw that the world was in a state of imbalance. Full of the essence of all the gods, she gave rebirth to eight gods and goddesses to restore the world to balance. Where before there would be many gods who would have been the symbol of chaos or protection there was now just one being, who represented each alignment though often called by many names.

Oki
God of Luck, Trickery, Travel and the Ocean
Title(s)The Trickster, The Fortunate One, The Changing Tide, The Anarchist, Plan Breaker, Freest spirit, The Rule Breaker Alignment Chaotic Neutral Portfolio Luck, Ocean, Trickery, Travel Domains Luck, Ocean, Trickery, Travel
Description Oki like water is ever changing, never taking one form for too long. (S)He can appear as a man or woman, Old or Young, Human or not. Many stories tell of his assuming the form of a Coyote, but just as often he can appear as something else. Only revealing the truth of who he is after some extremely predictable action goes completely in a different course. He is often mistaken for any other god when it suits him(her) and many believe that actions attributed to some of the other gods were actually done by the trickster.
Other aspects Oki, has been known by the names of Seeker, Coyote among the druids, Narsil Ithlestone, and has often been called by the names of the other gods.
Relationships. Oki Views all the other gods save Lolth and Tempest as stuffy, needing to be taken down a peg or two for their own good. (S)He has often attempted to woe Lolth and Tempest but always runs of foul luck. He pokes fun at Drao, Ya’Blick and Avar for being stuck in their ways and will just as easily foil their plans for no reason.
Realm. Oki lives in the chaotic realm of Limbo Dogma Chance and luck dominate the universe, there is no fate, there is only the illusion of a divine plan. Everything can and will change. Nothing in the universe will stand still and neither should you. Movement is life. The more you see of the universe, the more open you will be to accepting fortune good or bad. Traveling allows you to break the molds of your world so that you may be enlightened. Staying in one place stunts change, and lack of change is death. Reality has many forms like water, which can assume a gas, a solid and a liquid. So should you allow yourself to change to be suited to your needs. Change is as important as air, for without change, Life cannot grow. Oki teaches that those who are rigid in a moral stance are like any solid object and will break if put under enough pressure, but those who are fluid merely move out of the way. There is no need to plan when luck determines things more than skill. The universe is too big for one to control and all attempts to try to do so will eventually fail. People who think they can control anything are tricking themselves. Chaos is the true state of the universe. If you wish to help someone, you must shake their preconceived notions. Any trick you perform on someone demonstrates that all that they perceive to be one way is another.
Worshippers: Travelers, Gamblers, Rogues, Sailors all pay homage to the Trickster hoping that he will take kindly on them. Oki’s chaotic nature keeps many from fully worshipping him as few can truly trust the deity. Clergy Clerics of Oki are extremely rare because they do not stay long in any one place. Shrines and temples are built by those who feel like they have a debt to repay the god of luck. Often there are games of chance located on the property, but upkeep is done by travelling priests who spend only a small amount of time there. Anyone may rest in the temple of Oki, but few are likely to stay past a few days. Rituals Rituals of Oki always involve chance and games of chance.
Temples The largest temple to Oki is located at Fort Dermont, it was rumored to have been made by pirate sea captain after he survived his ship being skuttled at sea.

A constant theme in the adventures in which the character appears is Vecna's never-ending quest for power, ending, should he succeed, with Vecna as the only deity in existence. As he was once a man he represents the unlimited potential that all people have if they take it for themselves Other aspects Relationships. Vecna has few allies, and countless enemies. Chief among his Enemies is Thoth, who represents altrustic power through shared knowledge. Moloch rules in the Abyss Dogma Being a secretive cult, there are no real collections of Vecnan teachings. However, copies of the Book of Vile Darkness are highly prized by the cult for Vecna's role in that work's development. Worshippers Vecna's cult is very secretive, and cells have been uncovered, at various points in history. Plague victims, Necromancers, Witches are among the most prominent of his worshippers. Individual congregations are known as organs. Each organ is led by a Thought of Vecna. Lesser priests are known as Memories of Vecna. Temples Only one Temple of Vecna is known above ground and it is located in the town of Irveg where the undead protect the witches within.

Lolth usually appears in two forms: drow and arachnid. In drow form, the Spider Queen appears as an "exquisitely beautiful" female dark elf, sometimes covered in clinging spiders. In her arachnid form, Lolth takes the appearance of a giant black widow spider with the head of a female drow or human peering from between the eight spider-eyes. Sometimes, the two foremost pair of her spider-legs are actually humanoid arms. In third edition, her arachnid form has taken more of a drider-like appearance, due to the events of the "War of the Spider Queen" novel series. Other aspects Re lationships. Realm. Lolth rules Hades. Dogma Lolth teaches her children that fear is strength, while love and respect are weakness. She demands that those who will not worship her must be converted or slain. She seeks to kill the weak and reward the strong. Disobedient followers must be sacrificed to Lolth. Spiders are a holy animal in Lolth's faith, and those who to kill a spider is a cardinal sin. Lolth is so chaotic, however, that her commands are ever-changing and often contradictory, so that those who seek to follow them blindly may meet with destruction. Worshippers Drow, Power seekers, Demons, Assassins, Betrayers Drow who fail Lolth (and there are many ways to fail the capricious goddess) are usually either slain or transformed into driders: centaur-like creatures that have spider-like bodies below their waists instead of a centaur's equine features. Other aberrations that Lolth transforms her victims into include the aracholoth, spiderleg horror, and brood mother. Lolth is also served by a race of shapeshifting demons called the yochlol. In their natural form, yochlol resemble molten blobs of wax with large, glaring red eyes. Clergy Lolth's clerics are usually female. There are rare male clerics, but no male is allowed to achieve the rank of high priest. Her clerics wear red and black, and drow tunics and helms.
