Bigg Deal Recap
-Orcus
-Tsaroth Talks to the birds and finds out that a hoard of frozen zombies is coming from the north.
-Thane Annadoria arrives with 2 oxen full of supplies via Magic Boom Tube
-Frozen Hoard arrives and is easily dealt with by the thanes (but the town would have been in trouble otherwise)
-First Meeting of the Thanes.
-Yolo wants to address the masses
-Hugo informs the Thanes that there are no taxes and no money to pay for guards
-Mister Bigg Halfling Merchant and importer exporter tells the thanes that Emerald empire traders would come the next week but there is nothing to trade.
-Bigg explains his sister has found some goods for trade
-The Thanes agree to go retrieve the goods and his sister in exchange for splitting half of the profits from the sale of said goods
-The Thanes travel to the Haunted Keep
There in they find two towers
tower 1 had a goblin out post with Bhargest leaders inside.
as well as two snow elves who were captured
The two snow elves only spoke elvish
Although more was said what was revealed to the others by those who translated is that the two elves were tracking two goblins to this keep who had stolen winter wheat seed.
-Annadoria corrected the snow elves saying it was Halflings who did it.
-Annadoria asked if the elves would consider trading with the people of thel dinge the snow elves said it was forbidden and that any outsider who entered the forbidden city would be killed on orders from the king.
-The snow elves also stated that this had been the law for the last twenty years ever since their king went to Kalamon to meet the king of the humans.
-The elves said they Could do nothing to help the humans.
-iN tower 2 the thanes found a haunted library with a ghost with several magical books who had killed the two halflings
The ghost attacked anyone who would not be quiet but was quickly dispatched and a magic Polearm was also found on its body.
-Annadoria used some sort of magic item to raise the dead.
-The Halflings revealed that they stole the winter wheat seed which has the magic properties to grow in the cold.
-The Halflings said that they had tried to get the elves to help many times in the past and the elves let people in the town starve to death last season so they just went and took what they needed.
-The halflings gave Yolo wine which helped him stop his shakes.
-As the Party headed back to town it was visible to some that they were followed possibly by the elves.
-The next thane meeting will deal with the loot.
