I somehow contracted Lycanthropy from a werewolf and I have no idea how to even deal with this event. I tried every manner of cure i could think of it and none of it works. Atm I am stuck with every guard hostile to me and I cant enter any location to do much of anything. is there some script involved with this because I don't even remember fighting a werewolf unless it was in animal form as a regular wolf. From my understanding there should have at least been some kind of message of something to indicate my character was changing. All I get is something along the lines of "You know in your heart you will be a werewolf forever " or something along those lines.

I think I saw certain areas are cursed if you cross the trigger and lycanthropy is one of many you could get hit with.

There is a pool of tears well to the south of the Kingdom. The area is infested with ghosts so you either want to be quick or travel with a protector or in a group.
I can always bring Momo in as an escort sometime, he loves the desert.

Otherwise they usually don't alst beyond a reset... in either case after your bloody rampage... if you rest you will calm down... and provided you didn't kill to many guards you will be left alone... unless the blood lust strikes again.
