thanks... and no I don't mind. I've actually got some other things I am working on, I just pushed the helm to the front so it was ready for campaign. It was kind of a good exercise trying to figure out how to make it work, so I got a better understanding of nwn models/workflow. Only thing I need to figure out is how to make an inventory icon... currently its just a blank white box.
If possible maybe you could create a helm with that model in the toolset and then give it to my character in game, call it "Skull of Karinok" or something similar... as a quick fix until we get it in the crafting 2da. Don't worry about colors, I can use the dye-guy in homeland to get the colors matched up with my characters skin/eyes/hair.
Also if anyone has any need of items made or modified for your characters appearance that will really help "make them", let me know, I can try to get it done before the second campaign night. For now only campaign characters though.

Xalaram has lived in a back-woods town all his life, ever since he was little he enjoyed playing in the forest surrounding his home. When he came of age, he took tutelage under the master huntsman of that area to help provide for his mother. He had never known his father and his mother seldom talked about him, what little he did know was that his father was an adventurer. He was raised under the gentle guidance of his mother, Lirael Shalakar, who was a weaver by trade. She taught him to be even handed in his dealings with others and to be reasonably humble. As he grew older he became skilled with the crossbow, one of his notable feats was to down a boar at 30 feet with a bolt to the eye. He claims it was just luck. He prefers not to drink claiming that it puts his aim off, but will for social occasions. During his 29th year a letter came, addressed to his mother stating that his father had died and that Xalaram should attend the funeral. So he sets out into the world for the very first time...

uthganyon I have a model I would like you to overwrite (at least for now until the hak update goes through)That is if you can take a model and change the color of it. I hate to push it on you at the last minute but it sort of fits really well and if you can't get it done by sunday that is ok. I will send you a detailed pm of what I want. This for one of the players but in a side way.

^ Did you find the portrait set, of the one I suggested, yet? No, I haven't really had much time to unfortunately. I've settled for this one: po_hu_m_rog1_l.tga Most people should have it if they download all the portraits in the portrait thread.

Hey guys, just want to be sure about the start time. I think from the time of this post, the campaign starts in 9.5 hours. Is this correct? I'm in Sydney EST. this means it's actually Sunday 9pm but guessing its morning over there?

All good, certainly CAN make it! It's really tricky lol. To add to the confusion, it's summer here, so my state, and only my state has a thing called daylight savings, where we wind the clock forward one hour which gives us prospective more beach and beer time at the end of the day. Once I actually KNOW when the first session starts in regards to my time, knowing the rest will be easy!

I live in Chicago Illinois in the U.S.A and we have the same thing. Daylight savings time but the state next to ours doesn't do it. (well actually only part of them do) as of this post it will start in around 11 hours. It will be cool if you can make it.

The messenger reaches Rex's town and gets directions from the town guard for where to find Rex. He locates Rex on the road near the woodworkers guild with a large bundle of freshly chopped logs over his shoulder. "Are you the one known as Rex Hunn?" Rex raises an eyebrow as he examines the fellow. He drops the bundle of wood with a thud and dust wafts up as he puts his hands on his hips looking about suspiciously then back at the messenger. He sighs and responds sarcastically, assuming a simpletons demeaner. "Uuuhum! Me be Rex man people. " he says, feigning Enthusiasm."what man people want to Rex?" "I have an official communicae for you from sir Hugo, a lawyer for the Thane of Thel dinge" Rex's brow sagged over his eyes with ire as he glared at the messenger. He glanced about suspiciously, thinking this was another joke. He played along. "ooh, dat sound exciting! U read for me, me nots can. " The messenger eyed him a moment, shrugged, cleared his throat as he opened the letter and read it aloud. Once finished, he folded it up and held it out for Rex to take. Rex glared at him a moment, glanced around once more then abruptly grabbed the messenger by the front of his shirt with his huge hand lifting him off the ground and bringing him close to his face. He dropped his simpletons act and spoke menacingly. "I'm not in the mood, do you understand? Orcs killed my ox, I'm tired, I'm hungry, and....I've got a damn splinter! Not just any splinter mind you, a real nasty one that I got off a damn cedar tree. Now, your gonna tell me who put you up to this gag so I don't have to pull your arms off. " the messenger held up the letter and pointed quickly at the official seal as a town guard noticed the commotion and started toward them. "Reeex!" Rex saw the guard approaching, sighed and glared at the messenger. He snatched the letter out of the messengers hand as he dropped him. "Give me that!" he grizzled, unfolding it with care despite his large clumsy fingers. He examined the seal then read the contents as the guard asked the messenger if he was ok then turned to Rex. "Rex, you can't go roughing up one of the kingdoms messengers, you could get hanged." Rex furrowed his brow as he read the letter and examined it over and over. He answered the guard distantly without taking his eyes off the letter, realizing it was real. "My apologies Jack, thought this guy was tryin' to prank me.....I've got Something to do, see you fellas around! " At that, he walked off in deep thought as the guard sighed and shrugged at the messenger.

I have bad news. I got hit with kidney stone pain at 12:30pm my time and it hurts if I bend over even a little. It's now 3pm and I will be driving myself to the hospital soon to see if the stone is small enough to pass on its own, otherwise I will have to have lipotripsy done at a later date to break it up with sound waves. I have no idea if and how long they will keep me at the hospital once I have the x-rays taken and evaluated. There is a possibility I won't be around later. Sorry everyone.
