well they don't follow the 32 x 32 standard we have in other areas.. really it could get by if we moved one of the two areas north of Portsmith and resized the rest. Just need to square it up a little
If arranged right there could be room for more there... adventure areas to the north and north east

Portsmith is more of a penisula that curse around to the north west of Lomar proper. Directly north of them is an unnamed gnoll nation which is on that map... eventually the lands will be explore to further connect the land masses.

Well, the peninsula part is obvious on the world map, but in-game it really doesn't look like it, was my point.

I always thought it was an island too. So now with the bigger map to see, where do you think Pruvian Colonies is located?

I would suggest something but that is earthdreamers land... I still have hopes that he will want to add it to karador proper... Even more so if it could only be accessed when he was dming it.

Would he be able to transfer our characters over too without any problems?

If he still has the files then yes, he would be able to send those to me and I could insert them. Really though I think e.d is cautious about adding anything to the master mod because he is afraid people will cheat and look at it.
*looks around to see if he saw this and will again consider adding it.*

I'll be honest with you. In all my copies of Karador, maybe only 3 times did I look somewhere in there to find something that I couldn't find in-game and that was awhile ago. I really don't want to spoil it for myself and that is why there are still places, like the gnome town, I still don't know where they are located. I want to have things to look forward to and not know it all as fast as I can find it.

So you'd rather the Portsmith peninsula be more grid-like with standard 32 X 32 areas... What really looks out of place is the Fungus Forest. If we visualize the land around Portsmith as a 3x3 grid: 7 8 9 4 5 6 1 2 3
Lets say Portsmith is grid 5 with 6 being open water, as well as 3 being open water; then 1 & 2 could be the tip of the peninsula. 4 & 7 would be the areas to the west (I forget the area names) 4 is the place with the crabs and 7 I haven't gone to but maybe a couple times. 8 would be the Pirates' Lagoon leaving area 9 for a N NE access to the unknown toward the Gnoll nation. North of all of that would wrap back around the lagoon and opening up much greater. Still, where then to relocate the Fungus Forest?
We could push it to grid 9 having a ramp up the eastern hillside of the lagoon area lead to the Fungus Forest but then allowing access to areas further north through the Forest.
Just my initial idea. Let me think on it more or see how your take on the suggestion fits in.
Hmmmm....
