Ogre Mage
The ogre mage is a more intelligent and dangerous variety of its mundane cousin.
An ogre mage stands about 10 feet tall and weighs up to 700 pounds. Its skin varies in color from light green to light blue, and its hair is black or very dark brown. Ogre mages favor loose, comfortable clothing and lightweight armor.
Ogre Ability Adjustments: +10 Str, +6 Con, +4 Int, +4 Wisdom +4 Cha
Favored Class (Giant): A multiclass ogre's Giant class does not count when determining whether he suffers an XP penalty for multiclassing.
Special Abilities:
- Darkvision: Ogres are able to see in the dark.
- Weapon Proficiency (Martial): All ogres are proficient with Martial Weapons.
- Weapon Proficiency (Simple): All ogres are proficient with Simple Weapons.
- Armor Proficiency (Medium): All ogres are proficient with Medium Armor.
- Armor Proficiency (Light): All ogres are proficient with Light Armor.
- Shield: All ogres are proficient with Shields.
- Natural Armor Bonus: Racial natural armor bonus of 5.
- Large Creature: Ogres suffer -1 penalties to their Attack and Armor Class, and -4 to their Hide skill.
- Giant: Ogres count as Giants for the purpose of spells.
-At will—darkness, invisibility; 1/day— charm person (DC 14), cone of cold (DC 18), gaseous form, sleep (DC 14). Caster level 9th. The save DCs are Charisma-based.
-Change Shape (Su) An ogre mage can assume the form of any Small, Medium, or Large humanoid or giant.
-Special Qualities (see above): Regeneration 5, spell resistance 19.
